The great thing about Group One is that you get quality work with less middlemen and overhead. There are two people between you and your car: Polly, who acts as the service advisor and cashier, and the mechanic, one of three or four people. I’ve never needed to talk to the mechanic, but I’m sure I could if necessary. The work is great, and you feel as though they know you and they care about quality.
